Complete and send the form to Ligonier Valley Historical Society, 1386 Route 30, East, PO Box 167, Laughlintown, PA 15655, along with your gift. The Society will verify the form and return it to your company. Your company will then make a matching gift contribution to Ligonier Valley Historical Society – thanks to you!
